Office and Recruitment Coordinator

Office & Event Coordination:

  • Maintain all daily office operations including opening/closing procedures
  • Coordinate reoccurring team events and celebrations such as lunch, birthdays, anniversaries, team outings and volunteer events
  • Ownership of inventory stock and reordering or purchasing supplies
  • Negotiate contracts, warranties, pricing, etc. to ensure the best interest of the company
  • Be vigilant about maintaining a high level of cleanliness, functionality, and professionalism in all areas of the office (common spaces, landscaping, fixtures, etc.)



  • Facilitate progression of the hiring process, including candidate communication, phone screening, scheduling, team follow-ups, and participating in in-person interviews when asked
  • Meet aggressive hiring deadlines while recruiting several positions at the same time
  • Proactively source candidates to develop a strong pipeline for open and pending roles
  • Build awareness through posting on job boards, networking, social recruiting, career fairs, and more
  • Establish relationships with the hiring teams and learn the ins and outs of their departments to better understand their sourcing needs
  • Track and report on key metrics for open roles
  • Maintain a diligent focus on the candidate experience, striving to constantly improve our hiring process
  • Serve as a brand advocate both internally and externally
  • Post and share company content on social channels
  • Assist with the on-boarding of new employees and exit interviews

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
  • 1-3 years of administrative and/or recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines
  • Superior attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Be adaptable, flexible, and able to switch gears quickly
  • Results driven with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Efficient on the computer and ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to attend occasional evenings and weekend recruitment and community events
