Performance Analyst

People say that you can take the most complicated process and make it sound easy. You are the type of person who gets jump-out-of-your-chair excited over the answers you find from data, while also understanding that sometimes there’s more to a story than just the numbers. You love being proactive and finding solutions before others even know there was a problem. You’re cool as a cucumber shifting to a new priority, and you remember exactly where your other project was paused. While analyzing all angles is your thing, you also love using those numbers to motivate others to create actionable results. As a Performance Analyst, you are the data aficionado for our Learning and Development team. You’ll spend your day fueling your addiction to data as the overall one-stop-shop for all things data.



  • Track performance by monitoring current reports and identifying which reports are necessary to see a more holistic view
  • Identify trends in agent performance
  • Monitor agents’ live calls and listen to call recordings in order to further supplement what reporting identifies
  • Offer creative solutions to improve agent success rates and to encourage both low and high performing agents
  • Interact remotely with our call center agents to share written feedback
  • Create new and remove agent credentials across our different platforms
  • Format, upload and communicate with TechAdvisors and Call Center Managers the weekly and monthly performance metrics and trends



  • Understands importance in identifying facts and all relevant details in order to uncover answers
  • Inner drive to learn how to do new things such as use a new reporting tool or trick
  • Loves deconstructing a situation to identify the details, as well as the systematic trends or links, which bring them together
  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • A master at dealing with competing priorities while upholding a high level of accuracy and urgency
  • An expert at becoming an expert



  • Experience building reports in Tableau or similar tool
  • Experience forecasting future trends
  • Strong time management skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and digital communication skills
  • Experienced and comfortable working with diverse cultures, backgrounds, beliefs, and personalities
  • Must be willing to travel periodically
